Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
I. General Information
Welcome to ESSA.app. This application is owned and operated by Anastasiya Surynava, registered at ul. Białołęcka 253G m.18, 03-253 Warsaw. You can contact the administrator via email at: contact@essa.app.
II. End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of ESSA.app. By using our app, you confirm your acceptance of the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the application.
1. License
ESSA.app grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
You may not:
• Modify, adapt, decompile, or create derivative works based on the application.
• Use the application for commercial purposes without our written consent.
2. Intellectual Property
All rights to the texts, graphics, logos, and other intellectual property contained in ESSA.app belong to Anastasiya Surynava and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
3. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purposes and not to violate the rights of third parties while using the application.
III. Privacy Policy
1. Data Collection and Use
We collect the following personal data:
• Name and surname
• Email address
• Phone number
• Device information (e.g., IP address, device name, operating system)
• Usage data related to the application (e.g., logs, usage statistics)
Purposes of Data Processing:
• Providing services available in the application
• Technical support and user assistance
• Communication with users, including responding to inquiries and complaints
• Analyzing and improving the functionality of the application
• Marketing our services
Legal Basis for Data Processing:
• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the user is a party
• Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator
• Article 6(1)(a) GDPR: user consent for processing data for marketing purposes
2. Data Disclosure
Your personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:
• Hosting and IT service providers
• Legal and auditing firms
• Business partners to the extent necessary to perform a contract
• Public authorities if required by law
We do not intend to transfer your personal data to third countries (outside the EEA) or international organizations.

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Users will be informed of any changes through appropriate notifications in the application. We recommend regularly checking the Privacy Policy for updates.
IV. Membership Subscriptions
The application offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to additional features, such as training plan personalization or full access to content. Some of our subscriptions include a free trial period, during which you can use the application at no cost. A subscription with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription once the trial period expires. If you wish to unsubscribe from a paid subscription before we start charging your payment method, cancel the subscription before the free trial ends.
We offer weekly, monthly, and annual subscription options. Payment will be charged to your credit/debit card through your Apple ID or Google Pay account after you choose one of our subscriptions and confirm your purchase. Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off until canceled in the "Manage Subscriptions" section in your account settings. Auto-renewal may be turned off in your Apple ID or Google Pay account after purchase, according to the current process outlined by App Store or Google Play. We will notify you if the price of the subscription increases and, if required, seek your consent to continue. You will be charged no more than 24 hours before the start of the latest paid subscription period.
V. Legal Restrictions
By using our application, you agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding the use of the application. You agree not to use the application for any illegal purposes and not to violate the rights of third parties while using the application.
VI. Termination
This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by giving written notice to ESSA.app.
We may terminate this agreement and your access to the application immediately if:
• We believe that you have used our software in violation of these terms;
• We believe that there has been unauthorized access to our application;
• We decide to discontinue our application (in whole or in part);
• We have a legal or regulatory obligation imposed on us that affects our ability to provide the application.
Upon termination of this agreement:
• All rights granted to you under this agreement cease;
• You must cease all activities authorized by this agreement;
• You must delete or uninstall the application from your device.
VII. Governing Law
This EULA agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the application developer is registered.
